Taking a deliberate break between contracts to focus fully on a personal project: an integrated, scheduled data-processing automation system — high-speed ETL compute whose results are delivered on the web, accessible from any device without specialized tooling such as Power BI.

Handled Huawei OSS data operations across two major operator projects:

• XLSmart, West Zone — MOCN (Multi-Operator Core Network) project: data support for the post-merger XL Axiata–Smartfren network integration.
• Telkomsel, North Sumatra Region — NPM (Network Performance Management) project: processing and reporting of network performance data.

Led OSS data operations for nearly seven years across a series of network modernization projects — including leading the OSS engineering team for the South Sumatra region:

• Telkomsel, South Sumatra Region — 4G rollout (L900/L1800/L2100/L2300), 3G sunrise/shutdown, U900/U2100 3G refarming, and 2G–3G rehoming.
• Telkomsel, North Sumatra Region — BSC rehoming project.
• XLSmart, Central Zone — MOCN (Multi-Operator Core Network) project.

Provided OSS data support for Telkomsel ICT projects in the South Sumatra region, covering the data needs of a series of 3G network modernization works:

• U900/U2100 3G rollout
• U2100 3G refarming
• 3G RNC rehoming
• 4T4R equipment replacement

Worked within the SQA (Service Quality Assurance) department of Telkomsel ICT, South Sumatra region:

• Managed the outsourced Data Support team of 4–5 people — task allocation, output quality, and day-to-day coordination.
• Database administrator for Telkomsel’s internal KPI dashboard (the “Brownies” website).

Career starting point in the telecom industry, within the SQA (Service Quality Assurance) department of Telkomsel ICT, South Sumatra region:

• Prepared and fed data into Telkomsel’s KPI dashboard (the “Brownies” website).
